Start by completing our application and submitting it to connect@steadystepshousing.care. Once we receive your application, we will reach out to schedule an interview and walk with you through the next steps with care.

Make a Referral
A service provider, case manager, social worker, or community organization may submit a referral for a young adult aging out of foster care. This helps confirm eligibility and connects them to Steady Steps Housing/TLP for next-step support.
